| Day
2: Start an Appreciation List for your
partner in your primary relationship. The best thing is to post this
list somewhere where the other person will see it. Every day add an item
you appreciate about him or her. It’s wonderful if what you appreciate
is something you notice in the last 24 hours but could also be one of
the many reasons why you are in this relationship in the first place.

Day 9:
How would your finances be if you
gave away ten percent of everything you make and put 10% aside for your
own personal use? Many successful people do exactly that and claim that
it has much to do with their success. Are you willing to try it for 6
months? What would you have to change in order to have the money to do
this? |
Day 5: What really interests you right now. For
example, what section of the book store do you head for first? What kind of
stories (in the paper, on TV, at the movies) are you drawn to? What kind of
stories do you tell other people? Which magazines to you read right away and
tend to hang on to rather than recycle? How does this type of knowledge
enrich your life? How do you share it with others? |
Day
1: Name five characteristics about
yourself that you are proud of. These are the things you are longing to
have others notice. When you think about these parts of yourself, what
makes you smile? How can you let this light shine more in your everyday
life? |
